NowPay - Salary advances and auto-bill payments for employees

Hello Product Hunt 👋 - We do payroll advances for employees in Egypt by integrating in their employer’s payroll process. We offer NowPay to employers as a benefit to help relieve any financial stress on their employees in case of emergencies. So in case of an emergency an employee can get immediate funding with a tap of a button on their phone. Moreover - we allow employees to instantly pay their bills from their upcoming pay cheque. We are currently focused on Egypt - a country with a 100m people and 28m salaried employees.

Hello Fawzy, From the employee perspective: 1. Install the app, sign up, fill your details and select your company 2. Request a salary advance (up to 80% of your salary) 3. Get the money at your bank account within 1-2 business day 4. The money is going to be deducted from your next salary 5. Also, you can pay your bills (electricity, gas, water, mobile) and pay back from the next salary. From the employer perspective: 1. Register with us 2. Approve your employees for the service through NowPay Admin Portal (web) 3. NowPay will send you monthly report containing the employees deductions (as excel sheet or by integrating into your payroll software) 4. Now pay will send you monthly invoice for the advances borrowed by your employees Addons: We issue prepaid card for the employees incase they are being paid in cash.
