Hi ProductHunt community 👋, I'm , . Nora is my second product. I've tried many templates and rebuilt project management in Notion myself many times but many of them are just cool & beautiful but don't actually solve painful problems of project & task management: - Couldn't move any task from In Progress to Done in a day because you got stuck to a too big task. Nora makes it super easy to create & manage sub-tasks for everything, including a task that is already a sub-task of other. - No estimate system: having to actively think of due date for every task is overwhelming and as a project gets bigger and has more tasks & sub-tasks, manual estimate is impossible. Nora has an auto-estimate system that works seamlessly with the infinite sub-tasks system, allows you to see an estimated due date & progress of everything: projects, sprints, big tasks, small tasks, etc. - No sprint tracking: if you want to do sprint tracking, sprint is simply a group of tasks with a deadline. Thanks to the estimate & infinite sub-tasks system, sprint tracking is available without any extra work, you'll see the total estimated hours & current progress of your sprint and its tasks. - Your backlog has too many outdated tasks, sometimes you even avoid looking at it. Nora has a smart outdated task system that allows you to easily identify outdated tasks & get rid of them in <2 minutes. - Sometimes you just look at your backlog and don't know what to do. Nora has a builtin tool that helps you find what to do based on your current energy level and what you feel like doing. Well done on the launch ! There are several productivity templates out there which also have sub-tasks. How is Nora different?

Thank you, Marek! Great question, 2 biggest differences of Nora sub-task system: - It's infinite: any task, even a sub-task of sub-task of sub-task can have sub-tasks. And if you change the parent of a task, all sub-tasks will move with its parent. In other systems, moving sub-tasks between projects is a pain and you can't really have sub-tasks within sub-tasks. - It has due date estimate & progress built into it: sub-task hierarchy is at its best when sub-tasks contribute due date estimate & progress to its parent, without any extra work from you. If you add/update/remove sub-tasks in a project, the progress and estimated due date of the whole hierarchy will be updated instantly! This was not seen in any existing template.

Congrats on launching, Minh-Phuc! I've purchased Nora in the pre-sale and have been using it for the last couple of days to structure the todos for my side project. Couldn't be happier with it - finally, a Notion template that just works. I didn't need to set anything up or learn a new method. Everything I needed came with the standard template. What I love most about it, are the infinite sub-tasks. For me, that means that I can just start doing things instead of figuring out how to structure tasks the perfect way. This looks great! Quick question about sub-tasks - does the "infinite" mean I can nest sub-tasks within sub-tasks?

That means that you just start doing things instead of figuring out how to structure tasks the perfect way. The whole estimate & progress system works seamlessly with this architecture too!
