It's useless without the Product Hunt new tab addon ;)

Love it love it love it, in a world of data using tools by certain companies worry me more and more, yet I still use them for their supremacy. I am a huge fan of the work Mozilla Foundation do and I am glad to finally be a Firefox user again, after 10 years or so of Chrome.
Pros:
Finally got me back off Chrome!
Cons:
Hopefully this will re-ignite add-ons for Firefox but some of my fave Chrome ones are missing still, i.e. Panda

Loved it for a week, but leaving because of several minor usability reasons (no custom search engine like Chrome, no multiple tab selection/move without add-on, no URL refill on address bar once it's cut, no equivalent for my favorite Chrome extensions like Wikibuy or Session Buddy). It didn't feel all that much faster than Chrome, and a handful of comparisons I found online found the same.
Question before I leave this, though: Everyone mentions "Chrome is stealing all my information" and says they like the "Privacy" of Firefox. Could someone expound on this further? Is it true? And if so, is there any extensions for Chrome to help stop this thing?

I've been using Firefox 57 since it hit Nightly, and good god was I impressed. The difference against 56 even is like night and day. My friends used to always tell me to use FF over Chrome, but it hasn't felt like a real contender until now. I now use Developer Edition (58 beta) as my main browser for front-end dev at work, and I can say it's only going to get better from here.
Pros:
Super fast browsing engine, fresh UI and forward thinking devtools. Firefox feels relevant again.
Cons:
Still a tiny bit rough around the edges for web dev work.

I've been using FFQ for a week, and the experience so far has been
great. I have the usual plugins/extensions installed: an ad blocker,
LastPass and Vimium.
Pros:Fast UI and page rendering
Cons:Some applications like Hangouts don't work
