Congrats to the entire team behind this fantastic product; in those days when everybody needs results right now, a tool that can save hours of listening to video calls is impressive. Is there any set up necessary? E.g. introducing fields your have in SF or is is it plug &play?

we need to authorize gong or get your Zoom recordings, and then do an installation of momentum to your Slack/Salesforce. Once we have that, you tell us which channels you want to post to and whether we're posting notes to account or opp objects in SFDC, and that's about it!

absolutely turn-key. No Salesforce config or changes in your process are required. Just give us Gong access and let Momentum write to Salesforce, the magic begins just a few minutes after that
