I'm so excited about this marketplace! As someone who started out as a consultant for Olivine, I've experienced first-hand the power of having such a talented team behind me. Consulting work is great, and so is being able to create my own schedule, workload, etc, but having a team supporting me the way Olivine has over the past few years has been a game-changer. Bouncing ideas off of other talented PMMs helped me grow SO much! I also love our vetting process. When I was looking at other marketplaces earlier in my consulting career, they didn't ask me for ANY example work or give me a test project. They just looked at my LinkedIn. I feel like that doesn't give a lot of very talented people a real way to SHINE, it also doesn't truly vet PMMs for clients. You know what they say, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, and if Olivine Agency is any reflection of what's to come with this marketplace, we expect some dopeness.
