When you spend most of your time in Zoom meetings, searching for links or meeting IDs in your e-mail or calendar quickly becomes a pain. MeetMenu lets you configure a menu of all your standing meetings, organized by day and accessible with a single click.

Hello, Product Hunters! When my office team grew to about 30 people, the Zoom meetings started to multiply: daily standups, weekly retrospectives, the Monday all-hands meeting, Tuesday afternoon design critique, project kickoffs, etc., etc. Getting settled in a conference room meant wasted minutes looking for a meeting ID, launching Zoom on the big screen, launching Zoom on our laptops, dialing in on the Polycom. I wanted to sit down, click a button, and have our meeting start (without expensive automated equipment). So I built MeetMenu. - I can create a single, unified menu of all our company's standing meetings and project it on every conference room's display. - Menu management is shared with my teammates, so we can keep the meetings and menus up to date. - Remote colleagues around the globe can use our shared menu on their laptops, smartphones, and tablets. In short - we all get into our meetings faster and happier. MeetMenu has been running quietly for a few weeks -- and then world events took a turn. Now our downtown office is closed and the entire team is distributed. On top of that, our children's schools have closed. My elementary- and middle-school kids have all shifted to distance learning - facilitated by Zoom - and the school's teacher directory of Zoom meeting IDs is multiple pages long. With MeetMenu, I quickly organized my 13-year-old's online course schedule into a menu that keeps him on track, and keeps me out of the Zoom tech-support business ;) Now it's time to share it with the world. MeetMenu is free to start with 1 personal menu, but it's pretty darn cheap for teams: $25/year. (As someone who works in a startup, I've seen the costs of productivity webapps, charging by month and by user, rapidly add up. MeetMenu is simple, but useful, and I think it's priced accordingly.) I'm eager to hear what you think so I hope you'll give MeetMenu a try!
