I'm proud to be part of Mapme team recently and see how nicely it's growing in a short time.
It's been a great experience and I'm very happy to be promoting it in Latin America and helping to support and grow the Spanish and Portuguese speaking users.
it's specially amazing to see how wide can be the usage of Mapme as every day we find people applying it in different projects all over the world!
In Brazil we started mapping the startup ecosystem in Porto Alegre (south of the country) as you can see here in partnership with the local city hall and now we have hundreds of maps from Brazil and the other South American countries.
We also created a nice map of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro this year, that looks very nice as a story, just to mention some nice examples.
I'm also happy to help and talk to anyone about Mapme, specially the ones who prefer to do it in Portuguese or Spanish!
Anyone who's interested in helping to translate Mapme to any language can reach me as well :)
Awesome product I actually used to build a product that was featured here a few months ago. Great job!
Quick question - what are the next features you have in mind for this platform?
This is awesome! I am sure there are a million better uses for this product than the one that came to mind when I was testing it - mapping good lunch spots for our team in Berkeley - but it made me wonder if it is possible to invite collaborators to your map so that they can add in their pins, which in this case, would be their favorite places for lunch. Thanks!
I was wondering when we'd see Mapme here :)
Great product, I've been using MappedinIsrael as a resource from it's start (for finding companies, looking at job posts, or just getting to know our ecosystem); mapping really is a great way to visualize this sort of data. Looking forward to seeing how other companies will use it.
Good luck, Ben & team!
