@writerpollock My favorite has been Eric Whitacre's (https://wiselike.com/eric-whitacre) - mainly because I learned a lot about what someone can use Wiselike for. He got lots of praises on his page, and people who look up to him had a place to quickly get his word on something.
I'm looking forward to when Guy Kawasaki launches his page on Wednesday. You can see when certain people are joining here https://wiselike.com/featured
This sounds pretty awesome. @kyudlee Three questions:
1) What inspired you to create this?
2) What is the use case that you thought would be the most popular?
3) What is the most popular use case for the platform?
@mrtampham thanks for the question Tam!
1. I have always been interested in learning from professionals. I found it so amazing that everyone has different skillsets, passions, etc. I truly believe that everybody has knowledge, that if share, can help others. I talk about it in a bit more detail here! https://wiselike.com/kyu/questio...
2. I think it would be people who are naturally sharers (people most active with their blogs, twitter, etc). I hope people will understand the value in sharing their knowledge! With Wiselike, you don't have to initiate it like you do with your own blog. Instead, you let others tell you what they want to know.
3. I think it is too early to tell, but we will see. ;)

Great work @designerdarius, @davidoliveros, @tamar, and @kyudlee! Wiselike looks to be a fantastic way of showcasing personal experience and opinions to the public.
One thing I'm curious about is how you're looking to handle visibility and discoverability of questions and answers. Are questions ranked by engagement, appreciation, or are they shown in chronological order?
For cases like Eric Whitacre (https://wiselike.com/eric-whitacre) and potentially others with many questions and answers, how would I be able to easily find a certain question like: 'What is the typical day in the life of Eric Whitacre like?' In particular, this question is near the bottom of the page and, as you can expect, takes a good amount of scrolling to get to.
All in all, this is an awesome idea. Will definitely give it a try, guys!
@karelvuong Currently we are not doing anything special to find content on a person's Wiselike page. Questions and answers are displayed in chronological order (most recent on top).
People may want more control over what posts on their page show in what order. So maybe that's part of it, hand-curating what others see first when they come to your page. Then maybe once enough pages grow to the point that scrolling is no longer that usable - we'll need to solve the post discoverability issue then (when we know more about how people can use it well).
Good question Karel. Cool, I'll go to your page later and ask you a question :)
Also, I really enjoyed Product Hunt's AMA stuff. I'm assuming Wiselink lets anyone make their own AMA instead of being invited / featured, is that correct?
Now anyone can host their own AMAs to share their expertise and passions with their followers or fans. Love the platform. My brother is a power user he loves it so much.
