Looks like incomplete wearable. I found the second part of this set.
I bet these will look super dorky 5 years from now. That's not to say I'm not excited :)
I can't figure out if Magic Leap is vaporware, the next "Segway", or if it will change everything. I guess we'll know soon enough. People are saying that the images they just released today are rendered in photoshop though...
Exciting and scary at the same time..
Well, weirdly, I really dig the outlook of it. It reminds me of some old sci-fi film but I cannot really tell which one, like Back to the Future? Anyway, as for AR, it seems like a good start as long as functionally it has achieved what the company promised to do.
Yes! Cannot wait to log in to the oasis and hunt for some eggs.
Will there be a demo at CES? :)
I hate to say it but I’m impressed!!!

This product looks amazing and fun. As if you can immerse yourself in a whole other world or planet. Would be great for educational purpose for let's say astronomy or biology if it's 3-D and for all ages. Wondering what type of coding will be used and if web developers will have to learn a whole new language for designing for this device. Also, will the product create a whole new batch of coders? Will it Be just graphics or video too?

Pros:

Novelty, portable, private (no one can see nor hearwhat you are viewing), fun, innovative

Cons:

Probably too expensive to sell volume, coding or coders might be limited,

Just one application - would love an augmented reality educational experience walking through galleries, museums, cities.

Pros:

The application possibilities are endless

Cons:

Wires...
