Can voice-first AI replace touchscreen typing for 63M+ small businesses?

When building LikhLo AI, we realized that most fintech apps fail local shopkeepers and micro-merchants not because of missing features, but because of physical ergonomics.

If you're running a grocery store or bakery with flour or oil on your hands, you can't stop to type names and numbers on a touchscreen keyboard. Merchants end up sticking to paper notebooks, losing billions in uncollected credit (*udhaar*).

We decided to eliminate typing entirely: tap once and speak naturally in conversational Hinglish (*"Ramesh ko ₹500 udhaar diya"*), and let Whisper + FastAPI log the ledger entry in real-time.
