Pivoting
The @Layercode team has quietly been cooking something new: @Toyo - an AI computer in the cloud that helps founders grow their businesses with AI agents, without needing any coding or technical skills.
This new product is now generally available, and it's launching today on @Product Hunt.

In an email sent to their users, founder @dctanner explained:
Over the past year, we've been using AI agents to run more and more of our own company. What started as internal tooling quietly became more valuable than the product we were building.
After showing other founders, people increasingly started asking when they could use it. We're a small team and can't build and maintain two products, so we had to make a hard decision. We decided to go all-in.
For context, @Layercode first launched here in October 2026, ranked among the Top Products and got featured in Product Hunt's newsletters. Tanner also detailed how they use coding agents in a production environment in this (inspiring) thread: How we use coding agents.
Their new product @Toyo is now generally available. It's a different product category, and yet, there's something that struck immediately: the level of craft remains at the highest.
They're launching today on Product Hunt.

Pivoting is never easy, especially when you've already built something people know.
But if your internal tool ends up solving a bigger problem than your original product, going all-in on it can be the right decision.
