This service primarily helps small and mid-sized organizations build contract templates and playbooks by sourcing various contract clause options for over 50 types of contracts. ?? I am not referring to "language", I mean in Austrailia, the UK and the US is English used, but this country has completely different laws. So it doesn't matter if it's in "English" or not

Hi Gabriel, you can use Lawformer to upload your contract databases (typically scattered across emails, and folders) on our platform. Lawformer will deconstruct those contracts into individual clauses, turning them into an intuitive clause library, so the next time you are drafting a contract, you can find a certain clause for a specific contract type in seconds. Our AI system is trained to analyse contracts drafted in English language, despite their jurisdiction.

I used to be a lawyer, and this would have been incredibly helpful. I remember having a way-too-big .doc with a bunch of clauses. Now that I'm NOT a lawyer, it would still be super helpful for non-law things! Love it!
