It is reliable and most awesome chat interface I have ever seen...Well done.

Cons:

I wish they would have launched it a lot earlier..

I've seen this app being made from scratch, I knew back then that this will be a winner!

Great Work!

Pros:

Beautiful, context aware app!

Cons:

Browser & browser tab notifications missing.

What I like: Customers don't have to leave the webpage they're currently on, and they can also continue browsing the website while the Live Chat widget is positioned visibly in the corner of the screen.

Pros:

Love the clean and beautiful design of the tool (+ the website)

Cons:

Not sure as I'm waiting for them to confirm that it can be used for my website
