I been using Juphy the past two years with great success for managing comments for multiple social media channel. There weren't many updates until now with the 3.0 announcement. Wow, I'm just blown away with the new features that are added. Social widget app built in, I can get rid of my other chat app. Now with some added ecommerce feature, this is amazing. I can make sales through Juphy! I'm glad the team behind Juphy are still working hard and innovating in this space!

Juphy's omnibox product has been a great bargain, delivering outstanding quality for the price. It synchronizes all our outreach platforms, allowing us to maximize productivity and outreach while minimizing opportunity costs since no customer is left unseen. They also track sentiment so thats a big helper, it really facilitates the post marketing stage and I highly recommend it. Even though progress is slow, new features are being developed steadily, in contrast with platforms that are overrun with bugs and never seem to get any updates. Juphy offers lots of bang for your buck.
