@kmelaika Greetings, as Juphy's main positioning is "social media customer support" we can say that there is no major competitor product in the market that is only known to provide solution this use-case (Social Media Customer Service) primarily. However, we know that the Social Media Inbox feature is available in many helpDesk and social media management products (ZenDesk, AgorePulse, HelpScout, etc.). However, in the products I have mentioned, this feature has been thrown into the background and secondary (it's like nice to have a feature for most businesses). We positioned Juphy for those who see social media customer support as their primary support channel. Our goal is to solve the problems of teams that provide customer support primarily through social media, this is how we differentiate.
