Really nice features for managing comments & "support" requests on different channels. We try to have very clear instructions on how to reach customer service. In spite of that effort, oftentimes customers will post "support" requests to many different channels which are -not- our preferred support channel. Juphy is great for centralizing and prioritizing those support requests. If you find support-related comments/messages are coming in through a variety of channels, Juphy might save you some time and headache.

I think this is one of the most clever social helpdesk solutions out there, and it's only gotten better since it launched. Features like adding email have really helped close the loop and blind spots, though I will admit there are some better products on there for that use case, you are not going to find many other helpdesks that offer a comprehensive look at all of your social accounts as well, and in this day and age where social is growing each and every day, this is the ideal tool for managing responses and engagement. The Juphy team has always been helpful and wonderful to engage with whenever I've had a question and you can tell they're passionate about the product. I'm hoping that with 2.0 out of the way they can turn their attention back to more regular updates, but even the product you use today is going to eliminate many stressors from your social campaigns and content.

All in one inbox for all of my social media is perfect as it helps me focus on my work every day and allocate specific parts of the day to answer all of the comments in one place. No more jumping from one channel to another, login or out again... itΒ΄s all there, at my fingertips and easy to reach, visualize and follow. WhatΒ΄s not to love!? Big thumbs up, great tool.
