Hi IrisGo team! I have a question about the video. For email triage, it says "only what needs you" - does that mean it does other tasks that do not require human-in-the-loop?

Also in general, is there a weekly recap that shows what IrisGo automated for you? Or just some place where you can revisit what was done or to decide what you want to adjust in the future? You might already have it. My questions come from what I can see of the UI in the video. Congrats on the launch today!

Hi! Thanks so much for the support!

  • On "only what needs you": Radar filters out passive noise (receipts, notifications, newsletters) and extracts genuine to-dos and questions. It handles passive triage and draft preparation in the background, but always keeps human-in-the-loop confirmation before actually sending emails or making external changes.

  • Recaps & Audit: Yes! Time Machine automatically compiles daily recaps of activity and meetings, and all automated actions are logged locally. You can review scheduled runs in the Scheduled pane, inspect past tasks, and easily tweak or update any saved workflow whenever you want to adjust how it runs.

Please give it a try, you will love it!

I think this will be particularly useful for repetitive browser based tasks where creating a dedicated integration wouldn't be very cost effective. It is likely that significant time savings can be achieved through tasks of this nature.

Exactly—you hit on the "long tail" automation problem!

Exactly! That’s the part that stood out to me. Lots of small tasks are too specific for a dedicated integration but still consume a lot of time when repeated manually. Excited to see where you take this.

Hi Lovely product. Congrats on launch. And I loved the choice of your user base, being a person with very very small team, I can def relate to it. Would definitely explore it out. Best wishes and Congrats again :)

Thank you so much! Really appreciate the kind words.

Small teams wearing ten different hats is exactly who we built this for—giving you an extra pair of hands without the overhead. Would love to hear your thoughts once you take it for a spin! 🚀

Congratulations! Sounds interesting! Do you have any data yet on how many hours a day you’re saving people?

Interesting project. Now when you say operating system, are you referring to an actual OS like Windows or Linux or more in line with a platform for doing things?

Great question to clarify! We don’t mean a bootable kernel or replacement for macOS, Windows, or Linux.

Rather, IrisGo is a desktop application and agentic layer that sits on top of your existing OS.

I spend half my day correlating log snippets between our internal terminal tools and a web dashboard. Being able to ask IrisGo "what was the alert timestamp I saw in Terminal earlier?" and having Time Machine pull it up instantly is a game changer.

This hits so close to home! Terminal history and transient alerts disappear so easily.

Having Time Machine act as that safety net across your terminal and browser means you never have to re-run a pipeline or hunt through log dumps just to verify a timestamp. Appreciate you sharing that!

look nice

 thanks for the support!

Where is the Time Machine SQLite database stored locally, and is it encrypted at rest using macOS FileVault or a dedicated passphrase?

The database lives locally on your drive:  ~/Library/Application Support/IrisGo/profiles/<profile-id>/timeline/data/.db/timeline.sqlite

It is a standard local SQLite database protected by OS-level file permissions and full-disk encryption (macOS FileVault on Mac, BitLocker on Windows), rather than a proprietary app-level passphrase. Everything stays strictly on your local machine.

Can we trigger IrisGo workflows via incoming webhooks or local CLI scripts from terminal pipeline???

interesting Q, any workflows you and your team have in mind?

The concept is simple, but I think the real engineering challenge is making the automation reliable when the user interface UI changes. I'm curious to see how IrisGo handles these special situations.
