Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Jeffrey, building IrisGo.
We’re launching an offering for solopreneurs and small business owners who juggle multiple roles, and spend too much time on recurring admin tasks.
https://irisgo.ai/solopreneur
If you’re spending hours each week managing your inbox, tracking priorities, summarizing meetings, preparing briefs, and filing expenses, you know it’s time that could be spent on customers and growth.
IrisGo learns these workflows by watching how you work, then automates them on your device. No repeated prompts, and your sensitive data stays on your device. Our Watch & Learn feature is central to understanding how you work, and handling that task forever.
We’d love to learn:
Which of these tasks takes the most time in your day?
Was it clear on how to get started?
Where would you want more control or explanation?
Try the demo and let us know what works—or where you get stuck. We’ll be here to answer questions and learn from your feedback.

@jeffrey_lai1 It's cool seeing tools built specifically with solopreneurs in mind rather than massive enterprise teams, congrats for launch🙌
@priya_kushwaha1 Great to see you on Product Hunt, thank you Priya for the support and feedback.
@jeffrey_lai1 @priya_kushwaha1 future builders ftw 🚀
@jeffrey_lai1 The watch and learn feature sounds useful how does it actually learn your workflow?
@jeffrey_lai1 @shivam_kushwaha16 It records your workflow by watching your screen and turns it into an autonomous skill. Please give it a try!
@jeffrey_lai1 @ysssss33 I will definitely try
@jeffrey_lai1 @shivam_kushwaha16 Any feedback is welcome!
@jeffrey_lai1 congratulations. How does the automating the workflow work? Does it need a permission?
@jeffrey_lai1 @swati_paliwal In IrisGo, workflow automation works through Watch & Learn, Live Computer Use, Scheduled Automation and Native Integration. Yes, it requires operating system permissions.
@jeffrey_lai1 I like the idea of using this for the small repetitive tasks that usually fall through the cracks because they’re too manual to do repeatedly and too specific to justify building an API integration.
@jeffrey_lai1 Very cool, I installed it , very smooth start and very accurate on execution!
@jeffrey_lai1 @sergei_sherman great to hear, please let us know more feedback if any, thank you so much!
Interesting project. Now when you say operating system, are you referring to an actual OS like Windows or Linux or more in line with a platform for doing things?
@cloudalchemist Great question to clarify! We don’t mean a bootable kernel or replacement for macOS, Windows, or Linux.
Rather, IrisGo is a desktop application and agentic layer that sits on top of your existing OS.
Hi IrisGo team! I have a question about the video. For email triage, it says "only what needs you" - does that mean it does other tasks that do not require human-in-the-loop?
Also in general, is there a weekly recap that shows what IrisGo automated for you? Or just some place where you can revisit what was done or to decide what you want to adjust in the future? You might already have it. My questions come from what I can see of the UI in the video. Congrats on the launch today!
@sara_ford_goog Hi! Thanks so much for the support!
On "only what needs you": Radar filters out passive noise (receipts, notifications, newsletters) and extracts genuine to-dos and questions. It handles passive triage and draft preparation in the background, but always keeps human-in-the-loop confirmation before actually sending emails or making external changes.
Recaps & Audit: Yes! Time Machine automatically compiles daily recaps of activity and meetings, and all automated actions are logged locally. You can review scheduled runs in the Scheduled pane, inspect past tasks, and easily tweak or update any saved workflow whenever you want to adjust how it runs.
Please give it a try, you will love it!
Congrats on the launch!
Windows support caught my eye... Most of "AI does your work" tools are Mac only and I'm on Windows so I usually just get to watch from the sidelines.
This sounds great for the boring stuff, like pulling numbers from a few tools into a weekly report. How does it handle it when a UI changes, though? If a button moves or a site gets redesigned, does the workflow break, or can it adapt?
Upvoted and good luck!
@kastelicjakob We would love to hear your feedback as a Windows users!
Regarding your question on UI changes, it really depends on how the automation is set up, but it’s designed to handle layout shifts much better than traditional screen-recording macros with Live AI navigation, Verification, Watch & Learn Replays (pass an instruction to tweak or re-record) and Direct Integration (which bypassing the UI altogether)
@kastelicjakob I am curious what tools do you usually use? We are in the process of adding a few more tools integration.
@kastelicjakob thank you for the upvote and question. We use vision models to understand the UI elements and adapt to changes, including website redesigns and A/B tests that happen all the time.
Congratulations on the launch! As a lot of other comments have pointed out, it's great to see a product aimed at small brands and founders. Does the tool scale with a business, or do you expect a solo founder to switch to something else at a certain point?
@you_x_you_i Great questions!!! IrisGo is built to grow with you. When you’re solo, it acts as an extra operator taking care of repetitive desktop work and cross-tool reporting. As you bring on a team, those recorded workflows become shared, repeatable playbooks rather than messy SOPs.
@ysssss33 Fab, congrats on the launch. I can definitely see (and feel) the need!
@you_x_you_i We would love to learn about how your team operates daily. IrisGo will become the everyday copilot for the whole team!
@you_x_you_i Thank you Emma. Yes, the tool scales with the business. As you build more complex sales, customer support or other admin functions, IrisGo helps automate them as well. In this launch, we are showcasing founders and solopreneurs to highlight the amount of admin work that can be automated away and freeing them to focus on their core functions.
Given that it monitors me working, what happens with the data? Is the Watch & Learn software local and if so, what is saved or sent to your servers?
Btw, Congratulations @jeffrey_lai1 , @ysssss33 and team IrisGo 🎊✌️
@jeffrey_lai1 @aymi_malik
Great and critical question. We designed IrisGo with a strict local-first privacy architecture:
Local Storage: Your recorded workflows, screen snapshots, audio transcripts, and memory vaults stay stored locally on your machine. They are never continuously synced to or stored on our servers.
What Is Sent: Only the specific text/UI context required to process a prompt or execute an AI step is sent to the LLM API (e.g., when synthesizing a workflow or reasoning through a live desktop task).
No Training or Selling: We never sell your data or use your personal activity to train public models.
Full Control: You can inspect your local vault, delete recorded workflows, pause monitoring, or clear stored memory at any time.
Downloading candidate resumes, renaming them, and sorting them into folders is the kind of recurring workflow I'd want to try with Watch & Learn. How does replay handle a different number of files each time?
@jason_xu6 It handles dynamic counts seamlessly! Unlike a rigid macro that only clicks fixed coordinates X times, IrisGo treats your demonstration as a pattern:
It recognizes the list or folder you’re working from, processes each item one by one, and uses visual/accessibility checks to see when there are no more candidates left to process. You can also pass natural-language tweaks at replay time (like custom naming formats).
@jason_xu6 this is a great usecase! thank you for sharing this
