I’m Alfredo, a solo founder from Spain.

After years in marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship, I’m reinventing myself around AI—not as a guru, not as a casual observer, but as someone trying to turn experience into useful products.

Right now I’m building two things:

AllAi1 — because the problem is no longer finding AI tools.

The problem is knowing which ones are actually worth your time, money, and trust.

sologang.io — a pocket C-suite for solo founders.

You bring the idea sologang gives you an AI team to help you think, decide, and execute faster.

No grand manifesto. No fake “we’re changing the world” speech.

Just building, learning, testing, and trying to create useful things for people who are building on their own.

I've previously raised seed funding for my own startup, but I wasn't able to scale it into something big. Now I'm exploring the solo founder path and focusing on building lean, sustainable products.

This resonates, Alfredo. Same path here, marketing background, now building with AI instead of only marketing other people's stuff.

AllAi1 especially. I run a small account around exactly that, which AI tools actually earn their place vs the hype, and the signal-to-noise problem keeps getting worse, not better. Curious how you're deciding what makes the cut, your own testing or community input?

Thanks Mohamed, and sorry for the slow reply. Same path indeed: marketing background, and at some point building the thing beat marketing someone else's.

On your question, it's my own scoring, not community input. Every tool runs through a proprietary system that evaluates it on two axes: usability (SFR) and security (BFS). The score decides whether a tool is mature enough to make the pool at all. Nothing is sponsored, which is the part that actually costs money to maintain, but the moment you take placement fees the signal dies. Which is exactly the noise problem you're describing.

The uncomfortable truth is that noise keeps getting worse because the incentive is to list everything. Curation only works if you're willing to leave things out, and most of the pool never makes it in.

Would like to see your account, sounds like we're fighting the same fire from different angles.

And a small update: Sologang launched on Product Hunt today. Six roles that read your real product, tell you what to fix first, and execute the first step in your own tools. Different problem, same instinct.

Welcome Alfredo! Loving the no-manifesto approach, that honesty is refreshing. And you're spot on about AllAi1, the hard part really isn't finding AI tools anymore, it's knowing which ones are actually worth it. sounds like a great idea too, a "pocket C-suite" is exactly what solo founders need. You nailed the AllAi1 thesis better than I usually do. Discovery stopped being the problem a while ago. Now it's judgment: which of these actually earns a place in your stack.

And sologang.io is no longer just an idea. It went live on Product Hunt today. Six roles that read your real product, tell you what to fix first, and then execute the first step in your own tools. Every action waits for your sign-off.

Built it solo, browser only, no local dev environment, which felt appropriate given who it's for.

Would genuinely value your take on it, from one solo builder to another.

3-4 years building and shipping iOS apps is no small thing. That's a lot of launches, which usually means a lot of lessons.

Hey Alfredo, sologang sounds like it's in almost the same space I'm building in. I'm Stacy, founder of FounderFlow, an AI chief of staff for founders running more than one business at once. Different framing (mine leans more surfacing priorities than a full C-suite), but same core bet that founders need something to carry the mental load, not another dashboard to check. Curious how founders have reacted to trusting an AI with the judgment calls a pocket C-suite implies, was that a hard sell or less of a hurdle than you expected?

Hi Stacy, great to meet you. FounderFlow sounds like we landed on the same core insight from different angles: the problem was never information, it was capacity.

Honest answer on your question: I launched a few minutes ago, so I don't have real user data yet. What I can tell you is how the design assumes the answer.

I never expected founders to trust judgment calls, so I didn't ask them to. Everything routes through a sign-off gate. The crew prepares the action, stages it in a war room, and it sits there until the founder reviews it, edits it, and authorizes it. Nothing runs unsupervised in your repo. My bet is that full autonomy is a liability, not a feature, especially for founders who have been burned once.

So the trust question shifts. Instead of "do you trust the judgment", it becomes "do you trust the diagnosis enough to act on it". That's a much lower bar, and it's the same bar a human advisor has to clear.

Curious how you handle it on your side. Surfacing priorities is lighter-touch than executing, so I'd guess the trust hurdle is lower for you but the "is this actually right" scrutiny is higher. Am I reading that correctly?

Thanks to everyone in this thread who followed along while this was still half-built.

Around all day if you have questions or want to tear it apart.

Update, 24 hours later.

Two of you pointed at the same thing yesterday: I was asking for an API key before showing anyone what the product actually does. You were right, and the numbers backed you up. Six people came through on launch day. Nobody made it past the door.

So there's now a live demo at . No signup, no key. You see a real workspace: an example product analyzed, a full roadmap, a decision from the CTO with its reasoning and evidence, and a GitHub action staged and waiting for sign-off. Everything the crew produces, before you commit to anything.

Still on my list from your comments: pricing is not on the site yet, only in the PH post, and COMMAND vs STRIKE needs to actually explain the difference. That's next.
