Hi Product Hunters đź‘‹ Solo founder building in AI. No grand manifestos here.
Hey guys,
I’m Alfredo, a solo founder from Spain.
After years in marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship, I’m reinventing myself around AI—not as a guru, not as a casual observer, but as someone trying to turn experience into useful products.
Right now I’m building two things:
AllAi1 — because the problem is no longer finding AI tools.
The problem is knowing which ones are actually worth your time, money, and trust.
spaice .io — a pocket C-suite for solo founders.
You bring the idea. spaice gives you an AI team to help you think, decide, and execute faster.
No grand manifesto. No fake “we’re changing the world” speech.
Just building, learning, testing, and trying to create useful things for people who are building on their own.
If you’re a solo founder, an AI builder, or just enjoy tinkering with early-stage products, I’d love to connect.
Thanks for having me here 🙌

Welcome, Alfredo — always good to see someone join who clearly already knows what they're building and why.
The framing around AllAi1 is interesting. The discovery problem was one thing, but trust and genuine value are a much harder filter to build — curious to see how you approach that.
I'm Brent, building Code and Sea from the UK, focusing on privacy-first software, one-time purchases, no subscriptions. My first app is Transcendence, a minimalist meditation timer. Very different waters to AI tooling, but I recognise a lot in what you've written: years of experience being channelled into something you actually believe in, built properly rather than quickly.
The solo founder path is rarely linear but it's honest work. Looking forward to seeing what you launch. đź‘‹
Hey Brent, thanks for the welcome! I really appreciate it.
You nailed the exact challenge with AllAi1. Building a filter for "trust and genuine value" is incredibly hard because hype is loud and operational friction is quiet. I'm just trying to measure what actually breaks in production rather than what sounds good on a landing page.
I deeply respect the philosophy behind Code and Sea. Privacy-first and one-off purchases show real respect for the user. It actually shares a lot of DNA with why I’m building Spaice on a "Bring Your Own Keys" (BYOK) model—so solo founders don't get bled dry by endless subscriptions and keep full control of their budget and data.
Transcendence sounds like a breath of fresh air. Different waters than AI tooling, for sure, but exactly the same mindset: building something you believe in, and building it right.
The solo path is definitely not linear, but you're right—it's honest work.
Let's definitely keep in touch! đź‘‹ @codeandsea
Hey there! Love the no‑fluff approach, building useful AI tools for solo founders is exactly the kind of problem‑solving I admire. AllAi1 sounds like a solid way to cut through the noise, and spaice.io could be a game‑changer for getting an AI team on demand. I'm also working on an AI‑powered flashcard app called The Sponge that turns any webpage into study material with spaced‑repetition. If you're up for it, I'm launching on PH soon... would appreciate a follow (See PRODUCT HUNT LAUNCH link in my profile).
Hi@rianbrob !
Thanks man, really appreciate you validating the no-fluff approach. It means a lot. "The Sponge" sounds like a genuinely useful tool—turning web noise into actual structured learning is a great angle. Just checked your profile and dropped a follow. Good luck with the upcoming launch, I'll keep an eye out for it!
Hi @allfredus nice to meet a fellow Solo Founder AI builder! I'm new here as well, and just learning so much from everyone. Both of your builds sound useful, something we need more of - not enough USEFUL apps for Solos/Founders. I'm working on August and September launches (2 different versions) and I'm happy to absorb all I can about launching!
Hi @anna_ludwinowski ! Great to meet a fellow solo founder building in the AI space. You're spot on—there's way too much noise and not enough tools that actually focus on the daily grind of a solo builder. Launching two versions in Aug/Sept sounds like a massive hustle! Since I'm opening the spaice .io closed beta next week, I'll probably break a few things and learn some hard lessons. Happy to share whatever I figure out along the way. Let's stay connected!
@allfredus Oh, wow, next week - that's exciting!! I'll be following and learning from you, lol!
Yes, September is for the original app and August is for the enterprise version - I know it seems a bit backwards but that's the plan. Can you share more about spaice.io?
@anna_ludwinowski Launching Enterprise first makes total sense if that's where the traction is.
About Spaice: it’s basically a pocket C-suite for solo founders. You bring a goal, and it deploys an AI team (CTO, CMO, etc.) to execute the heavy lifting in parallel. No black boxes—it does the mechanical work, but always stops to let you make the final strategic decisions.
I'll ping you when the beta opens next week.
Let's stay connected!.
Keep pushing on the prep for those Aug/Sept launches!
@allfredus That would be great - I'd love to try it out! Yup, working on it ;)
Welcome, Alfredo!
Another solo founder here as well. Both of your products sound very interesting, and I'm looking forward to seeing what you create!
Hi Tom! Thanks for the welcome. Always great to cross paths with another solo founder in the trenches.
I really appreciate the interest in AllAi1 and Spaice. The solo grind is real, so it's good to connect with people who get it.
What are you building right now?
Let's stay connected! 🙌
@allfredus My first project is rather modest: I built calculators (US and UK) to help freelancers work backward from their annual income goal to what they need to charge per hour and per project. It takes into account the various state and federal taxes, billable hours per week, monthly expenses, health insurance, etc. I hope to grow it into something larger over time.
Hi Alfredo,
Nice to meet you, I'm new here as well and would love to connect :)
Hi Johnson,
Thanks a lot for reaching out. Keep in touch ;)
@allfredus Definitely, would love to :)
👌
Your idea looks interesting. Happy to connect!
I've previously raised seed funding for my own startup, but I wasn't able to scale it into something big. Now I'm exploring the solo founder path and focusing on building lean, sustainable products.
Really appreciate the support! @mareedumanojÂ
That pivot to the solo founder path makes total sense.
Building lean and sustainable without the VC pressure is exactly the vibe I'm aiming for too.
Happy to connect and let's definitely keep in touch!
Hi Alfredo, Welcome!! I am also a solo founder from Dallas, TX. Love the idea of spaice .io, very interesting. Is it local device based ?
I am also building HealthOS: Helps users understand their cognitive state — load, stress, fatigue, mood, and confidence — through a 2–5 second voice clip, so you know exactly where you stand before the next big moment: a negotiation, a performance, an exam, or any moment that counts.
