👋 Arman here. I've spent 20K+ hours inside business operations. Now I'm building my own product.

Quick intro with a number instead of a bio: 300+. That's how many businesses I've set up operations for as a consultant. ClickUp, HubSpot, QuickBooks, the whole stack, from 3-person agencies to companies doing millions.

Here's the pattern I saw in almost every single one. The tools were fine. The people were fine. The problem lived in the gaps between the tools. A client goes cold in Gmail while the project looks green in ClickUp and the invoice sits unpaid in QuickBooks. Three systems, three "everything is okay" dashboards, one client about to churn. Nobody sees it because nobody's job is to look across all three.

I got tired of fixing that by hand, so now I'm building @Binee , an AI brain that plugs on top of the tools you already use and watches those gaps for you. We launch here Sep 3. First launch ever, honestly a bit nervous, and very open to advice from people who've done this before.
