I've been telling every marketer I meet to use Intercom. Now with this feature it's a no-brainer for marketers to use Intercom, especially for product marketing after people signup for a product.
It's always been difficult for marketers to prove the ROI for the messages they send. Today we fixed that.
Opens and clicks only tell you so much. Message Goals let you see the true impact of every message you send in Intercom. @hnshah Thanks for the recommendation. Looking forward to implement Intercom.io on @Cloudways. We really need it as its very difficult to extract meaningful data from GA only.
Been waiting for this for so long! We're already using in quite a few of our auto messages, much easier to see what's working and what's not now.

We use intercom here at @maestrano and couldn't talk more highly of it. Everyone knows me as that intercom guy in the office because I can't stop talking about how good it is haha. This new feature is really exciting, going help be a lot more data driven!

I've been expecting this for a while. It's awesome to finally see it working - we've already set goals for our automated messages :-)
