There are already a lot of similar job board for web3. What's more, most of those already have good filtering and so. Why creating a new one? Showing referral bonus does not sound like a real benefit. You have plenty of small projects, but lack the big guys, where people would actually want to work (organic traffic). How do you plan to solve it?
