It's a really cool tool that helps you plan your work, assign task to your team and remind them what they should be working on. One of my favorite features is the stand-ups, where our team can be up to that with what everybody is working on. After using Trello , Jira, GitHub Projects , I found using Hubstaff Tasks pretty simple and easy to understand. Its cross-organization based on Epics, Projects, and Labels helps a lot to adjust to any process you have. The Standup, Roadmap, and Sprint views are great for Remote teams and remote managers to get to know everything from the project.

Our content team just used the tags feature in Tasks to create a hierarchy for more efficient editing: Tier 1 - Lots of edits. Possibly a complete overhaul of the post. Tier 2 - Some edits. Some rewriting, but overall a solid draft. Tier 3 - Very few edits. An excellent draft! No rewriting required. Just a few edits away from a finished product. Looking forward to improving our productivity with this helpful tool!
