Which Email Service Providers are you using for your business? And why?
by•
Curious to know which ESPs (email service providers) PH community members are using for correspondence, transactional and marketing emails.
Why did you choose those ESPs? Price, features, integrations?
Business Correspondence: Google Workspace (Gmail), Microsoft 365 (Outlook), Zoho, etc
Transactional: SendGrid, Mailgun, AWS SES, Postmark, etc
Marketing: Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Constant Contact, Omnisend, Brevo, Active Campaign, etc

Tuta Mail for business correspondence, because it's EU-based (Germany), encrypted, and not too expensive,
Brevo for marketing - I like its customization, automations, integrations, it's EU-based, and not too pricey,
WorkOS for transactional emails, because it's bundled with our authentication,
Proton Mail for personal use - it's private, fully encrypted, based in Switzerland,
Gmail for everything that is not important (different platforms notifications), because it's free.
Hello Inbox
@alieksia Interesting stack. I never heard of Tuta Mail and WorkOS before but most of my clients are based in North America and the UK, so that probably explains why. Are most of your clients EU based as well?
