@kyrylosilin each hattl assessment is tailored for the specific role at specific company, also considering hiring managers notes and requests. Regarding games - we create them for roles combining projective psychology and role related skill assessment (all under 5 mins for applicant)
And then our Ai-engine analyze all the context, semantics, profile and etc to calculate the final fit
