Great product, I have tried it and I love it. First because it solves a problem that every company suffers from. Secondly, because it is very simple to capture, edit and share its how-to videos. and mostly because it allows company's to scale their customer support without so much effort. I have sent a few Guiddes to my team for various tasks and the service clearly decreased the amount of time I spend articulating steps to coworkers!
Does the extension work between different tabs/ if I open a new tab?
