@chezzzberry It's a comprehensive growth accounting analysis. MAU with compound growth rates; MRR (or other usage measure) and compound growth rates; month-over-month retention (both MAU and MRR); cohort retention; quick ratios for MAU and MRR; engagement as measured by active days in the last 28; engagement trends over time; MRR (or usage) distribution throughout customer base. We benchmark 6+ month user retention; month-over-month retention over the last 12 months; MAU growth strength and consistency; and MRR growth strength and consistency.
That's a lot, which is why we schedule time for you to work with our team to discuss it and hone in on the most important points for your business.
Being data-driven and taking strategic decisions through data insights is instrumental when assessing market strategies. I was particularly interested in some metrics they provide like the user growth strength and the revenue consistency. Great analysis and techniques behind the report.
