🚀 Big news - GitRanks now has Language Analytics & Rankings

We’ve built a new way to explore open source through the lens of programming languages.

Here’s how it works: for every profile, we look at public repositories, take the stars each repo has, and weigh them by how much of that repo belongs to each language. Add it all up - and you get your personal language scores.

With these scores, GitRanks can now:

• Rank every developer by language (want to know who’s the top Python dev in the US? Or the #1 TypeScript dev in India?)

• Build leaderboards for all 600+ languages on GitHub

• Show insights like total stars, number of developers, and total code size for each language
