Which marketing strategies worked best for your business at the different product life cycle stages?

My longest experience started in a startup with @minimalist phone: reduce your screentime . (originally a digital detox app for Android, then iOS).

From a marketing perspective, the following worked best for us (almost always):

  • paid ads

  • UGC videos (also as paid ads)

What's a new tech product that has changed how you work?

For me it's the Arc browser, I love it so so much. From the easel, to the folder system and most important the split tab view

What are some user acquisition tactics that have worked for you?

My co-founder and I are getting ready to launch the next iteration of Radiant, our AI music app. It's been pretty sticky so far with users, which is great but my priority is to increase users prior to launch. Any tips?

how are you actually evaluating candidates in 2026?

Let me start from where i'm sitting: i talk to founders, hiring managers, and recruiters every week, and the same conversation keeps coming up. nobody trusts their pipeline anymor

Application volumes have doubled since 2021. Cheating on technical assessments doubled in just six months last year, from 15% to 35% of candidates. One in three hiring managers has personally caught a fake identity in an interview. @Anthropic had to rewrite their interview questions after so many people cheated during the interview with Claude.

Is it just me or it is kind of hard to find people to build something with?

Hey,
I ve been a software engineer (backend) for over nine years and have been wanting to build something on my own for a while now. I have ideas, good planning skills, and the discipline to execute, but unfortunately, I lack the experience as an entrepreneur, which I believe is an important aspect. This has led me to consider finding partners to help me bring my ideas to life or collaborate on new projects. However, it s been challenging to find people who are committed, structured, have a long-term mindset, and maintain positive energy.
Many people get excited about a project initially, but then they disappear or lose interest when results don t come quickly. And unfortunately, I m not in a position to hire people at the moment.
Has anyone else been through this? How have you found people who are truly committed to the long haul?

How do you work / take time off in international teams during holidays? (Easter holiday struggle)

In most parts of the world, Easter is being celebrated right now, honestly, not really.

Today, I was invited to a weekly meeting despite the holiday.
I had forgotten one fact: Orthodox countries celebrate Easter a week later.
(and countries in the Far East simply don t have this holiday at all.)

This is actually a broader topic, because every country celebrates holidays differently, and with many teams being international, some kind of synchronisation is necessary the question is: how?

How to break down AI product adoption barriers?

Have you ever considered the human biases that might slow down the adoption of your product?

I'm currently working on building my first AI product (coming soon!), and I wanted to share some thoughts on the adoption challenges I anticipate.
