What tool do you use for customer onboarding?

As soon as the sales process is done, we're jumping on a call with our customers to onboard them and set some goals. However, it is hard to keep track of every customer, their goals, and where they are on the road to being successful with using Storylane. We're thinking of using Rocketlane () for this. Any other suggestions?

We really like Helppier. Very feature rich and the most economical option.
Have tried using Rocketlane, this certainly helps - but there was a problem of we pushing the users to engage. We ended up building an internal tool for this.
that's actually what I anticipated as well. Ideally, we'd have this within Storylane, but it will take some time to build this and was trying to experience with a tool in the meantime. Thanks for the feedback!

Hubspot, the most reliable one
did use Hubspot, but couldn't find a way to easily track the onboarding process.
