What are the 5 tools you simply couldn't do your work without?

Here are my 5 (I couldn't function without them):
Grammarly – proofreading my texts, not just posts, but also client communication
ChatGPT / Claude – mostly brainstorming, help with copy, and summarising
Figma – I can put the basic graphics together quickly.
Translator – sounds incredibly old-school, but English is not my mother tongue
Gmail – and not only for communication, but also for storing ideas and sending myself email reminders for posts
[and soon one more that I am working on – SafeLimit – prevents me from being banned on LinkedIn, so I will not lose my account.]

Napkin AI - My creative partner for generating flowcharts and diagrams.
These are my top favorites, but I also work with other ones like Claude for reports and other complex tasks.

What I use everyday: Claude, Figma, Perplexity to search the web for me differently, and Gmail.
The tool we should never forget to use: Our brain. For judging, taste, reasoning harder than any AI could do.
Mine, as a solo founder: Claude for thinking out loud, Linear so ideas stop leaking, Cursor for the actual code, Plausible because I don't trust vanity numbers, and BotWork for the one-off tasks I'd otherwise hire a freelancer for (you describe it, an agent does it, you pay only if it's good). Mostly the throwaway stuff that used to eat half a day.
the 5 I genuinely can't work without:
Claude - strategy docs, client decks, code reviews, first drafts. Honestly replaced half my toolkit.
Gmail - boring answer but more than a decade consulting means my entire professional life runs through it
Loom - async communication with clients across timezones, saves hours every week
LinkedIn - for someone who does both consulting and building, it's where the work comes from
