How do you stop big enterprise clients from hijacking your dev schedule?

Got a few high-paying clients early on and thought it was a huge win. But now almost all our dev time goes into building custom features only they use.
It keeps their subscription active but we've completely stopped making progress on our main self serve app for everyone else.
How do you guys tell big accounts no without risking losing them entirely?

A dedicated enterprise budget sounds useful to me. If custom work has a clear limit each month, it becomes harder for one client to quietly consume the whole development schulde
