Do you do anything special or just treat it like every other day?

My Monday is usually a very hard day. I love my job, but I also love to sleep.

As I work remotely with a flexible schedule and work on a startup in my free time, Sundays are not much different from other days. Feed the cats, then exercise, meditation, morning tea, procrastionation reading news and email, breakfast, coffee, then work. If I manage to have my 25h of main work during the weekdays, I would devote more time to my startup, but going out for a walk with my wife can happen on any day.
I'm trying not to get too tired on weekdays so that I don't have to rest on weekends.

I usually start my week on Sunday late night( early Mondays) to plan my week ahead and finish couple of those tasks and then sleep. This keeps me excited for the week, which also gives me a good reason to wake up on Monday mornings.

Hi @richardfliu
I help kick off Mondays at Walkover.in by sharing a happiness newsletter on weekends that talks about embracing happiness & working on personal well-being.
It encourages the readers (Walkers especially) to train their minds to focus on their happiness & try to find a balance in everything they do.

Prep for Monday on Sunday evening, I feel sad most days that the weekend is over, but it helps me because by Monday morning my mind would be fully ready for the week to start
Like any other day :) After my morning yoga, I start the day with coffee + breakfast, and I have a look at my calendar. I usually schedule and organise my tasks for the week on the previous Friday.
