🦾 For all the GTM Engineers - How do you quantify GTM work?

I often see GTM work described as “this automation saved 10 hours a week” or “this process became 80% faster.”

I’m curious how people calculate that in practice.

Do you map and measure the process beforehand, use data from the tools, or rely on estimates from the team?

I’m trying to get better at documenting impact without inventing overly precise numbers.
