Distant learning allows me to set my own study environment and routine.

I would prefer a mix, like a hybrid work. Doing online classes you can save your time, but to meet with the people face to face is priceless

both have merit, it's all context. distant learning for scale and flexibility. physical for the tacit knowledge and subtle cues. unspoken wisdom often lives in person. the "why" determines the "how". seeking quick skills? online might suffice. mastering a craft? consider the physical. in a hybrid model, you capture the best of both. yin and yang. preference isn't universal, it's individual. one's optimal is another's subpar. no right or wrong, just what aligns with your goals and learning style.

Physical. I get to network and build relationships that could be hard building virtually over video conferencing

Well, it depends on individual preferences, goals, and circumstances. Because, as we all know, some people prefer distance learning and some prefer in-person classes. In my opinion, it is very important to consider and know your own learning style, lifestyle, and career goals while making the decision. Thanks

I do a combination of both. I like distant learning so I can go back and watch the videos, pause them write notes etc. For the more practical elements - I prefer in person

Prefer a combination of them. Physical for a few days and distant learning during other times works the best for me - Hybrid for the go! :)

Distant learning is ideal for those who require a more flexible schedule.

Distant learning allows me to explore global educational opportunities.

I think it depends on the subject and the amount of time/effort you are willing to spend on your learning! If you try to spend more than you can, it’s not worth it to learn in that way!
