As Product Owner, What is more IMP for you?

Customer satisfaction or making more money? I guess, You may make money when customer is satisfied with your product because they can refer your products with their connections too! Please share your thoughts..

As a Product Owner, I have to be satisfied with the product in the first place. (You NEED to have experience and deep knowledge of whatever your product is, for me, it's design and animation apps and anything web related) As for satisfied customers, this is not always a thing to aim at, because you can't listen to all their requests and there might not be enough money for what they request. If there is money, you afford to satisfy your customers. So to answer your question: My satisfaction with the product > Money > Customer satisfaction No money, no way to implement features that will add value to the product.

Not a product owner but I think customer satisfaction is most important. As you said, ultimately if the customer is satisfied they will bring more users 😀
