Receive and respond to all of your conversations from one place, with Front. No matter if they happen over email, Facebook, Twitter, SMS…..and now Voice!
When you receive a phone call, a conversation on Front will be automatically created. That way you’ll be able to jot down notes in the comments section while you are on the phone. After you’ve hung up, a voice recording with an in-product player and a transcription of the call will be added to the conversation.
Not only will you keep all of your conversations in one single platform, but you can also automate certain actions based on received phone calls. Some examples might include assigning a conversation to a teammate if a VIP customer calls you but you are unavailable, or using tags to keep track of reasons why your customers call. Super cool!
