Cool! Appreciate you guys pushing feature requests, too...I remember requesting, along with others probably, the ability to either set either snooze/send later timings, and it was pushed literally a week or two later

I've been using Front now for two years (!) and it's great to see how it continues to evolve. The public roadmap on Trello is a nice touch, so that everyone knows what features are in the works and vote on what you want to see next.
Me and my team are using front for more than 2 years and it have never failed to impress us with every update.
How is this different from Zendesk's inbox product?
very different :) we're multi channel, support integrations analytics and workflows, and can be a full replace for Gmail! hope that helps. email me if you'd like to discuss more.
Is there any advantage of using this over Slack?
Slack was built for internal communication. Front was built to better manage external email communications. It's multi player email!
