@aviralbhatnagar @chetanmanda looks great, I raised VC 10 years ago so take a lot of the jargon for granted now but forget how hard it was to get up to speed. I would love to see a term sheet written like this.

I agree with you. When I read such information, there is a desire to start doing something. Before, I was always stopped by the risk. I was afraid of difficulties. As soon as I built a clear plan of action and moved on to part of the costs, I became nervous. I was scared to be left without money and with a lot of debts. But I decided to fight my fears, and next year I plan to open a business. I decided that I would take the initial capital for https://www.nationalbusinesscapi... and develop a plan of action. I also calculated all the costs. However, I need to think about what to do in case of ruin. Of course, I can't think about bad things, but still.
