Well, I've seen the comments and couldn't find one related to my problem. After uninstalling Detail app from my computer (which didn't work for me for an unknown reason) all of my call apps including Zoom, Meet and Hand Mirror, can't see my webcam, but still see Detail Camera. How is this happening and what should I do to "really" uninstall the app. Thanks.

Hey Fatih, that's weird one. Sorry you're running into issues! It sounds like something prevents Detail to run as camera, and that might block other camera's. Could you try a reboot after removing, and if that doesn't help send me a quick note to so I can help you out with some other tips.

ah, sorry to hear. Are your Mac and Phone both connected to the same WiFi? You could also try connecting your phone to your Mac with a lightning cable. Hope that helps, otherwise please send us a quick note to support @ detail.co and we’ll help you out.
