Hey, guys! Congratulations on the launch! Can you please tell me, do you send the emails yourself or do we have to send the emails from our server and your solution just helps to keep it out of spam?
Vladyslav Podoliako
@halyna_kamyshanska Thank you, Halyna. We are working on your sender reputation, which consists of working with your IP address, domain, mailboxes, and even the content that you are sending. So, instead of using other provides of serves, it's better to focus on your own. With Folderly we have exclusive ability to work with all of those and increase your reputation and help you to be out of the spam and promotion folders

@halyna_kamyshanska just to expand to what Vlad answered. Typically when you run an outreach you either have a shared IP, like many companies have, and some have dedicated IP which is also happens but rarely. Both can be affected either by someone else harming reputation like with shared IP, or not warmed up properly freshly build IP. Now, what's interesting all tools that have tracking of open rate, they assign a pixel which is considered to be like a shared IP, so this pixel is similar to many companies who are using the same tool. We've been blacklists multiple time because of the shared IP of the outreach tool. Folderly fixes this. We will infom you proactively and show you how to fix it.

Congratulations on your launch and good luck with getting to the top! One simple question: with the new sending requirements implemented by Google and Yahoo, do you believe that sending emails will be even more complicated? Will the approach to boosting deliverability change? Or if youโ€™re following the rules, then youโ€™re safe to go? ๐Ÿค”
Vladyslav Podoliako
@dmitry_spuntik great question, Dima. Appreciate that. We just released a blog post in that regard https://folderly.com/blog/google...
Michael Maximoff
@dmitry_spuntik I wrote about it a few days ago here -> https://www.linkedin.com/posts/m... with 5k limitations by Google, the game is efficiency and targeting. Folderly was built to maximize usability of each domain and mailboxes, preventing mass emailing

We use Folderly for 2 domains with over 100 boxes, and because of it, we have gone from 50%+ spam to inbox. Without Folderly we would not have been able to achieve the scale of growth we have achieved this year. I'm glad, that the product is evolving and now has a refreshed intuitive UI. Happy to see a product that helps people at Product Hunt today! Here's to the top! ๐Ÿš€

Hey folks, congrats on your launch! ๐Ÿš€ Iโ€™ve checked your website, and I have to say that the way youโ€™re dealing with email deliverability issues is really worth appreciation. Weโ€™ve been taught that even email warmups can protect emails from getting in spam. However, this matter is way more complicated than only โ€œwarming upโ€ your domain. Itโ€™s also about the tech setup, best practices followed, sender reputation, and a lot of other things that together constitute a great deliverability rate. Itโ€™s so cool that you consider all these factors and provide us with a comprehensive solution, not just a basic one.
Vladyslav Podoliako
@julianna_dobosh1 glad you noticed that. I've shared my thoughts over the LinkedIn recently In my years of creating and pushing Folderly there's often confusion between email warm-up products and email deliverability products. Honestly speaking, I hate it. Warm-up services are a good starting point. They get your email activity going, helping you begin with the right volume for cold outreach. But sometimes, you might not even need a tool; it's about your strategy, and you probably can cover that manually. Email Deliverability Products, on the other hand, is where the real challenge lies. It's about working with the nitty-gritty of email infrastructure โ€“ IP addresses, domains, and mailboxes. The goal? To build and maintain a solid reputation for these elements. The process is clear-cut: identify any problems, fix them, and then keep monitoring to ensure everything runs smoothly. At Folderly, we focus on this tougher part of the process. We don't just help you start; we help you finish strong by ensuring your emails actually reach inboxes. And weโ€™ve noticed some warm-up services promise big results without really delivering. So, hereโ€™s to being upfront about whatโ€™s really needed for successful email marketing. Letโ€™s keep things honest and effective.

@julianna_dobosh1 10000% true!!! You need to do much more than just an obvious warmup to create a good sender reputation ๐Ÿ˜‰
