It all goes down to several things: - Technical setting: DNS, blacklists etc - Template copy (plain text or HTML): spam words, broken links etc - Sending limitations based on the provider (Gsuite or Outlook have different limits) - Inbox placement (depending on negative engagements your emails generate, you can be rooted to spam at %, just because 2-3 people marked your email as spam (didn't like your pitch); How do we affect all of it? 1. Test how your tech settings are doing 2. Check your content 3. Provide AI-generated best practices with recommendations in all instances 4. Show spam triggers 5. Run daily test, maintenance and reputation building to help with inbox placement 2. Do you provide users with any advice on setting up their accounts in order to comply with the sending rules (like authentication)? Yes, that's exactly it. Folderly won't work if all other best practices are not followed. Included limits, or even your bounce rate for actual email marketing. In the setting menu, you can adjust the volume of supporting emails sent by Folderly according to your current volume.
