Why does every job application still require a different resume?

Applying to jobs is exhausting.

People are told to apply to more roles, but every application expects a tailored resume, sometimes a cover letter, and then asks you to repeat the same information again.

That is one of the reasons I built FitMyRole. I wanted a simpler way to:

• upload a resume

• add a job description

• see how well it matches

• tailor the resume faster

I am still improving the product, so I would genuinely love feedback. What is the most frustrating part of applying for jobs right now?
