FIBERY: THE LASER OF PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS When the LASER was invented it was this kick-ass solution, looking for problems to solve. Now you can find LASERS everywhere: measurement, data storage, timekeeping, blasting aliens etc. etc. Fibery is the LASER of productivity tools, because we keep finding new solutions for it. I'll get back to that in a bit. Our company make robotics to accelerate research for biologists, and we started using Fibery about a year ago. We were primarily looking for a tool for our Product and UX Teams. A tool that would give context to all of the User Stories, by linking to Insights from User Interviews, Applications Papers, Biological Workflows, and other Market Research. A tool that we could use to help our Dev Teams get a better understanding of Product Requirements by giving them much greater depth of understanding of our Customers and our Market. And it's doing the job very well! We've linked it to Jira to play nicely with Devs, Zendesk to play nicely with Service & Support, and our CRM to play nicely with Sales & Marketing. Although Fibery hasn't taken on the role of Support Ticketing, CRM and Task Management (yet) it has started to solve other problems, like Risk Management, RACI Matrices and Product Wikis. And, like the LASER, I'm sure it will be solving even more of our problems in good time. AWESOME PEOPLE It's easy to be a promoter of Fibery because of their product. It's even easier to be a promoter of Fibery because of their people. The awesome people in support (like Polina and Chris) are usually only just a few clicks away. It's also great fun to read about the growth of Fibery as a product and a company through Michael's self-deprecating tone of voice. RAPID DEVELOPMENT Fibery is developing at an impressive pace. They listen to us as customers and develop features that make a positive impact. And somehow they manage to keep the whole product really stable! I'm really enjoying the journey, and looking forward to more of it. CONCLUSION From startup to SME and beyond: I can't recommend Fibery highly enough. Grab yourself a free account and get building!
