Dock - Collaborative workspace for prospects and customers

Hey Product Hunt! I’m Alex, one of the co-founders of Dock along with @vkmita and @lucchaissac We’ve been building Dock for a year now, and we’re incredibly excited to share Dock with the PH community. Thank you to @hnshah for hunting us. Throughout my career, I've been frustrated with the tools available for working with customers. Everyone has a backend database (CRM) to keep track of customer interactions. But when it comes to actually working with customers, there’s no defined way to organize all the information that gets shared. Most people rely on some combination of email, Google docs, Notion, Loom, Asana, Slack, etc. It’s a messy process and while I was running marketing at Lattice we actually built a Webflow prototype that tried to solve this problem. That led me to quit my job and start Dock last year. At Dock, we’re building a platform that improves how companies collaborate with customers. Dock is a collaborative workspace (think of a private, personalized website) where you can share embedded content (videos, pdfs, slides, dashboards, form, calendar schedulers, etc.) along with our native project plans, rich text, and more. Everything integrates with Salesforce/Hubspot and we give you analytics along the way. And we don’t require your customers to create an account/password with us. With Dock, companies can manage the entire customer lifecycle from intro to onboarding and beyond.
