they aren't salesy - they haven't called me 100 times like the usual insurance brokers. I got my insurance via Ditto. Overall great experience

Congratulations! I've been reading Finshots shorts for months now and hence decided to try Ditto couple of months back. I am gonna say they 100% delivered on their tagline. It was span-free and personalised. Just one call and we discussed everything. While I didn't end buying the insuarance at the time ... there was no constant badgering. The only time the person pinged me was a month later and it was only to inform me that the insuarance company we decided on was hiking its prices soon. So much appreciated. I bought a Insurance thru Ditto. Had a long conversation in WhatsApp with the Ditto Agent. I took couple of days to analyze and shortlist the best plan. Meanwhile there was no push "To SELL" from Agent he patiently answered all my queries. Finally had Google Meet to purchase the policy. I have added couple of additional riders. The Agent asked me to keep some and remove the rest and explained why those riders are unnecessary. After taking the policy there were some hiccups from Insurance company and the agent escalated the same and resolved it. Thank you much appreciated.

I love Finshots and Ditto both. Amazing work guys!! Have personally bought life insurance from Ditto and the process was seamless. Ditto executives help in understanding insurance to finalising suitable insurance to completing the documentations.

I saw a whatsapp status of an employee from Ditto who helped me purchase my Health Insurance last year that they are live on PH. I opened my laptop just to upvote and comment on this post. I think that's enough said on what I feel about the product. My only regret is that I had bought my term life insurance before I got to know about Ditto!! From Finshots to Ditto, this team is doing a fab job.
