Hey everyone!

Brandon here, founder of DailyHelm.

What is DailyHelm

DailyHelm is an agentic AI business reviewer for online businesses. It turns scattered analytics, ads, SEO, and store data into a prioritized daily action list.

Most founders waste time checking multiple dashboards and still miss revenue leaks. DailyHelm reviews your business overnight and tells you what needs attention today, ranked by revenue impact.

How it Works

Step 1: Tell us about your business - A short setup covering what you sell, who buys it, and what success looks like. This anchors every recommendation.

Step 2: Connect your platforms - Link GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, Shopify, GitHub, GCP billing, and your site; DailyHelm opens the approval page for you to confirm each connection with one click.

Step 3: Get a daily AI business review - Wake up to a prioritized punch list every morning, and chat with agent Aria anytime to dig deeper.

Why It’s Different

It’s not just another analytics dashboard. Every finding includes evidence, confidence, a recommended fix, and an impact score... like broken GA4 tracking, wasted ad spend, SEO regressions, or failed-payment spikes.

Features

  • Daily morning brief with prioritized action items.

  • Aria chat for deeper investigation and answers.

  • Specialist agents for analytics, ads, SEO, code, cloud cost, and site UX.

  • Read-only integrations with GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, Shopify, Stripe, GitHub, Meta Ads, and more.

Who It’s For

  • DTC and Shopify founders.

  • Dropshippers, SaaS operators, and solo founders.

  • Agencies and anyone wearing multiple hats in a growing business.

Use Cases

  • Spot broken conversion tracking.

  • Find wasted or inefficient ad spend.

  • Catch SEO and site-performance regressions.

  • Monitor failed payments and checkout issues.

  • Review cloud costs and developer/code changes.

Many congratulations on the launch, Brandon! :)

How I met the maker?

I met the maker through a PH friend of mine. The moment I saw the product and Brandon’s past experience, I knew I had to support the product launch. We worked together on the product messaging and making it launch ready.

What does the product do?

DailyHelm is an AI business reviewer for founders and growth teams. It monitors analytics, ads, SEO, and store data overnight, then turns scattered signals into a prioritized daily action list... complete with evidence, confidence, recommended fixes, and likely revenue impact.

Why I endorse it?

I endorse DailyHelm because it solves a real, expensive problem: founders often have plenty of dashboards but not enough clarity on what to fix first.

Instead of asking teams to interpret charts, it surfaces revenue leaks, such as broken tracking, wasted ad spend, SEO regressions, or checkout issues, and tells them what deserves attention today.

I am a growth consultant to many startups. While the growth teams focus too much on the marketing tactics, they miss learning from analytics and fixing critical issues on time.

Brandon has built this with a clear operator-first mindset: actionable recommendations over vanity metrics, prioritization by impact, and specialist agents that make the daily review feel genuinely useful rather than noisy.

If you run a DTC brand, SaaS, agency, or a lean online business, this is worth trying, especially if you want to start each morning knowing exactly where to focus. :)

Huge congrats on your launch day! Do I need to connect every single integration for this to be worth it, or can I just start with one?

Thank you, Kate! You can start with just one. Each specialist agent only activates once you connect something it needs. Connect GA4 and you get analytics coverage from Iris; connect GitHub and you get Ada watching your deploys. More connections mean more cross-checking between agents (like linking a traffic drop to a bad deploy), but one connection is a legitimate way to start so give it a try, we have a 7-day free trial!

Hey! Congratulations on the launch.

One question - Does this replace my Google Analytics dashboard or do I still need to check that separately?

Thanks for your support and your question! It's not meant to replace GA4 outright, it's meant to save you from having to check it constantly. Iris reads your GA4 data and tells you what actually matters instead of you scrolling through reports looking for something worth acting on. If you want to dig into raw numbers yourself, GA4 is still there.

If I have two different stores, do I need two separate accounts or can I manage both from one login?

Thanks for your question! Sure, one login, two businesses. You can add a second business under the same account and switch between them from the sidebar. Each business has its own connections, findings, and its own subscription, since it's genuinely separate billing (we charge the card already on file, so you don't have to re-enter payment info for the second one).

How noisy can these alerts get? I imagine maker's priority will also be marketing, so working on the product daily might be too much optimisation than necessary. What are your thoughts?

Other than the product side of fixes, can it also slip in a bit of marketing advice and actions to take daily?

Congrats on the launch, Brandon. This is a very interesting product given you're the solo founder behind this. I was reading through the features and the ability to catch the failed payments spike caught my attention.

An another spin you can give to your positioning is that the product is meant for everyone on the team - the founder, marketer and the developer. And it can auto-classify the fixes into the to-do list for specific team members. This would keep the team accountable for the fixes and in sync.

Does adding a second business cost extra on top of my current plan?

If my Stripe account has multiple products, does it break out revenue by product or just show a total?
