Do you take on businesses from Azerbaijan and manage VAT/tax collection and compliance across regions? What integrations do you have today also with Zapier, Make, or n8n? I'm mostly interested in the workflow/automation features that exist today.

@alsafa_alizada Yes, Azerbaijan is supported, and as merchant of record we handle VAT and tax for you. No native Zapier, Make or n8n connector yet, but n8n or Make can connect over HTTP with webhooks and the full API, or better, point any AI agent at our CLI and MCP server and let it run the store. What do you want to automate? Then we know what to build first.

Creem was already great, but these improvements make it even better! Usage based billing seems especially useful. I'll have to try this with a future product.
Really glad I chose Creem for my desktop apps, after considering a bunch of Merchant of Record providers. Will use it for my next SaaS as well.

Thanks @easeops The one I'd pick: you set a revenue split or an affiliate commission once, per product or store-wide, and every sale pays out to each person automatically. All on top of Creem as merchant of record, so tax and compliance in 190+ countries are handled. What are you building?

I'm the first face you'll e-meet at Creem: I look after onboarding and compliance. I check that everyone coming in is playing by the rules, which sounds boring until you realise it's exactly what keeps the platform healthy for the people already inside.
The other half of my job is making that process feel less like a waiting room. As more stores and products come in, I'm constantly working on getting the onboarding flow faster and smoother, because nobody should have to sit around for days just to start selling.

I run Merchant Success at Creem — basically I spend my days watching how people actually get from "just signed up" to "took my first real payment," and removing every bit of friction in between.
That's the lens I look at 2.0 through. A lot of MoR platforms make you feel like you've been handed a compliance homework assignment before you can sell anything. We've been obsessed with the opposite: get a store live, get products in, get a checkout that converts — fast — and let Creem quietly handle the tax, fraud, disputes and payouts underneath.
The feature I'm most excited about is how much of the setup is now self-serve and fast. You can import your existing site, get your catalog pulled in, and be selling globally without hiring anyone to babysit it.
The thing I love most is honestly just reading the data every morning and seeing more merchants cross that first-real-payment line. If you're onboarding and something feels clunky, ping me here — I read all of it and half our roadmap comes from exactly that.
