What top metrics do you use to define candidate fit?

@eonpilot Scout is more about evaluating a profile/resume just like you would (if you were sourcing). What aspects of the candidates profile are most impactful, what conclusions you would draw when observing certain experiences, what are skillsets you would infer etc. What are the reasons / tradeoffs you made to decide this person was worth reaching out to? Often is very specific to company/hiring manager/role. Re: Hard metrics- You should see a massive lift on interested candidate to onsite and offer. Your cost per hire should be drastically lower and your time to fill should shrink as well. Happy to learn more about what your recruiting challenges look like and see if we can help. @vjmani Thanks for your excellent answer! Looking to hire sustainably. People who don't become "under-utlized". Which is a huge problem in the current tech market. People aren't really becoming laid of. Their tech companies just finished building the thing they hired them to build. I'm really interested in this field as a startup-founder, because as they say biggest problems a startup face is hiring and fundraising. Given they have PMF 😅 Anyways. that's my brain dump on the matter. Hiring is so haphazard. can't believe we don't have better solutions for this. So thanks for working on the problem. And will follow your journey going forward.
